How we build this

Passport Hoops is an independent reference for players considering pro basketball outside the NBA. We compile data from public sources: league regulations and official sites, team announcements, reputable basketball news outlets, Wikipedia, and published salary surveys.

• Every fact links to its source. If we can't source something, it says “not yet verified”.
• Salaries are reported ranges from published surveys: mainly EuroProBasket (2026), plus Euro-Grades (2026), BasketNews reporting and an older 2022 chart from Jose Colorado. EuroProBasket and Euro-Grades both sell camps, and Jose Colorado sells career coaching. Contracts are private, so treat every range as directional.
• “Reported, not verified” means we found the fact in news or secondary sources but couldn't read the official rulebook (often because the league site blocks automated checks).
• Rules change every season. Each league page shows the season the rule applies to where known.
• Listings aren't endorsements, and paid placements are always labeled.
